At SkyCue, I am responsible for investor relations, recruitment, people strategy and the overall direction of product development. I help shape TARA’s product strategy, coordinate research and innovation, build relationships with investors and support the development of a strong and capable team. Together with Kamil, I define the company’s long-term vision and participate in its key strategic decisions.

I have been actively involved in investing since the age of fourteen, which gave me an early understanding of financial planning, market dynamics and strategic decision-making. My professional career includes working as a project manager at B-DRONES, where I later advanced to the position of Chief Operating Officer. This experience allowed me to develop practical skills in operational management, team coordination and translating strategic objectives into day-to-day execution.

I currently work as a courier, which gives me direct experience with logistics, time management, customer expectations and the everyday operational challenges faced by people working in the field. It allows me to see first-hand how fragmented communication, inefficient planning and disconnected tools can affect productivity and service quality. These insights are particularly valuable for the development of TARA, which is designed to simplify workflows, connect information and give businesses greater control over their daily operations.

My background also includes event organisation, facility management and volunteer team leadership. I have a long-standing interest in psychology, which helps me understand human behaviour, motivation and the way people adopt new systems. My early experience with game programming and ethical hacking also gave me a technical foundation and strengthened my analytical thinking.

At TARA, I focus on connecting business strategy with practical product usability. My goal is to help create a platform that is powerful enough to manage complex operations, yet intuitive enough to become a natural part of everyday work. As SkyCue moves into its next stage of development, I will transition into a full-time CEO role, dedicating my full professional capacity to leading the company, building the team, securing investment and bringing TARA successfully to market.
