At SkyCue, I am responsible for the company’s business direction, financial management and commercial growth. I lead strategic partnerships, business development, brand positioning and corporate communications, while also overseeing legal, accounting and administrative matters. Together with Jan, I shape SkyCue’s long-term vision and participate in the company’s key strategic decisions.

My professional background combines entrepreneurship, technology and hands-on operational management. I am a director and co-founder of a company specialising in unmanned aircraft systems, the development of new technologies and their implementation in real-world operations. I also manage a construction company with annual revenues in the tens of millions of Czech crowns, where I am responsible for daily operations, financial stability, contracts, employees and long-term development.

Having experienced entrepreneurship at different levels — from building smaller ventures to managing a larger operational company — I understand the challenges business owners face every day. I know how quickly information becomes fragmented across spreadsheets, emails, accounting software, documents and personal notes, and how much time and money can be lost when projects, responsibilities, deadlines, finances and legal obligations are not connected in one place.

This experience directly shapes my work on TARA. I help ensure that the platform is not designed as another generic CRM, but as a practical business operating system built around the real needs of entrepreneurs. My goal is to create a product that gives business owners a clear overview of their clients, projects, tasks, documents, invoices, finances and responsibilities, reduces administrative burden and enables better decisions based on reliable data.

At the same time, I serve as a volunteer firefighter and regularly gain experience alongside professional fire crews. This gives me first-hand insight into emergency response, crisis coordination and the operational environments for which SAFIE is being developed. My experience across both business and emergency services helps me connect the two sides of SkyCue’s mission: developing technology that simplifies everyday company management through TARA, while also improving coordination, information flow and decision-making in critical situations through SAFIE.

I use my experience in entrepreneurship and emergency response to ensure that TARA and SAFIE solve real operational problems and deliver practical value to the people who rely on them every day.
